For extra protection each wishbone is now zinc coated prior to being painted using the powder coating process.Zinc provided a sacrificial coating minimising the corrosion of steel.

Strengthening where it matters to cater for modified suspension setups with increased spring rates.

The front lower wishbone is stronger than the standard TVR wishbones in the hub & suspension mounting area to cater for higher rate springs and increased suspension loads. The loading being dissipated over a larger area to reduce high stress points. These changes giving less distortion and further reduces corrosion by reducing high stresses which increases the onset of rust.
